Closing your account

You can stop using Unfactory and ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used for fraud. Orders already paid for will be made or refunded.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If there's a problem, contact us first and we'll try to fix it. If we can't agree, the courts of Nigeria will decide, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to go to your local courts.

Changes

We may update these terms as Unfactory grows. If a change matters, we'll update the date at the top and tell you before it applies. Orders already placed follow the terms in place when you approved them.
